The perennially unassuming Sarah Robinson — an Amazon bestselling author — didn’t always see herself as an authority on community building. In fact, she probably wouldn’t have written “Fierce Loyalty: Unlocking the DNA of Wildly Successful Communities” if it hadn’t been for the persistent nudging from two of her good friends/colleagues, who also happened to work with writers.
