Community and the Online Classroom
This is one of the most exciting things I’ve seen this week: a course module for online faculty teaching them how to create community in the courses they teach. I often get asked if “this community thing” is just a fad. With this kind of training becoming commonplace in a wide variety of industries and settings, I think it’s safe to say that “this community thing” is here to stay.
